All transactions for payments will go through PayPal Secure Services online. Once your payment has been made and verified, you can download the information - This will be sent to you via E-mail as an Attachment File using Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Power Point or other relevant Documents. This website is not an ecommerce site in the traditional meaning of the word.

REFUND will be made via the same process the payment was received if you have not received the Email with the Download Attachment Document. But this will be done at the website owner discretion to avoid dishonest persons who may seek to exploit this situation.
